Me too! They don’t tell you ahead of time before you buy that it’s OLSP. Pretty sneaky… underhanded if you ask me

And furthermore there is NO WAY to request a refund! In the help article it says to email them at the support address but when you do you get a response saying you have to create an account with their ticketing system first. SO I did that & emailed AGAIN!
THEN I GOT the SAME FREAKING EMAIL AGAIN!! So I read the email more closely & it says you must use the ticketing system to file a request. WELL THERE IS NO OPTION FOR THAT!! 🤬🤬🤬
