Thanks for reaching out! I checked our system using your email and full name, but I couldn’t find the trial subscription you mentioned. What I did find is your Mega Messenger subscription, which was already cancelled at the end of your billing period. No further charges will be made for that.

If you have a receipt or maybe used a different email when signing up for the trial, please send that over so I can take another look for you.
