Cancel and refund all subscription

To Whom It May Concern,
I would like to cancel all the mSubscription. I was not able to find where to cancel the service on the OLSP System Page. It should not be this difficult of a process. I have tried all the steps from the email and no response.
Please let me know if this needs to be done another way asap
