Rebilling Account

I am unable to see where the rebilling details are in the account. Only the commissiions. Can the site have the billing details inside the account section so that when things get messed up it can easily be amended.

Also, the email sent as "payment being unsuccessful" has a button to make payments but it doesn't work.
