Lately I'm not receiving email code and live training code for my olsp account. So I just want to find out any solutions or ways I can retrieve my account. Thank you

Ok this is close to what i was getting at but lately I haven't been the spot where you put the event code in I have missed 300-400 points for and sometimes the place to put the email code isn't there but i refresh page andthe email code spot returns but refreshing doesn't work for the event code, is there a way to get that fixed or is that a no because I have mentioned this a few times now. I'm beginning to think that i'm being ignored or you guys aren't getting my messages.
Please let me know what's happening because i'm always being ignored and treated poorly by everyone. I would put a screen shot here but I can't figure that out as well as those templates either

Upon checking your account, we can confirm that you are receiving emails containing the code. Your account has also been assigned the Special Task, and you have received the 100 points from the Live Training task. Please check your points in your account and your email inbox for the codes.
