Clarification Regarding My Account Balance in OLSP

Dear OLSP Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I registered with OLSP two weeks ago using the $7 membership option. Since then, I have been actively promoting and working within the system. However, I have noticed that my account balance is currently showing a negative amount of -$3.00.
I am a bit confused about this and would appreciate it if you could kindly explain why my balance is negative, despite my active participation. I would also like to understand how the commission system works and when I should expect to see earnings reflected in my account.
