This is my 6th try to get a cancellation from you. I've been trying since the 3rd week of the trial period. I've followed all your directions and nothing is working. All I get ius a run around. No one has ever responded. the fees continue to mount. I want a full refund!! Notify me when this request/demand is received and the action is completed, the refund of all money to me!! Dean Naylor
