Hi I have just signed up but I still haven't received a log in for my account, how long does this take to come through?
I did email the support team but they told me to create a ticket, but I am unable to find anywhere to submit a ticket through.

I joined the OLSP programm today, but have not received my password to login? Is this how it is going to be, that I have to log a support ticket to access something I have paod for??
