All I receive back is an automated message telling me to sign up for an account which I already have. Please cancel my Omega account and provide me with a refund or directe me to the correct department that can.

I don't understand why ask us to contact support system and directing us to submit a ticket query but in order to be able to well have to pay again a subscription fee! We already paid!
Just settle what's rightfully ours as promised from your refund policy. Uphold it!
Attend to our queries we've created two accounts as it stands .One we had to discover because of our decision to refund. Uphold it your end of the bargain.
